Liked:Staff, location, size and layout of the unit. Parking deck was well lit

Disliked:Needed more elevators. 4 elevators for a 24 level hotel created longer wait times. Also 2 of the elevators weren't working for a part of our stay. However, I dont blame the hotel for that as these things will happen from time to time.

Wonderful and relaxing time spent with family.

Liked:I enjoyed the room so much. It exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and very quick to assist with anything we needed. I appreciated the onsite marketplace and thought the food was good and really affordable.

Disliked:I booked a three bedroom suite and we only received one free self parking pass. It would be beneficial to accommodate more vehicles with that size room. The Assistant B&F manager at the swimming pool was the only employee/staff member who wasn't friendly or accommodating. He seemed reluctant to serve my mom and myself. It was the only experience I had that wasn't good.

Liked:The room was beautiful my 5 plus family all had a great time! There was enough room. I had an issue with check in through a third party but the front desk manager SASHA was so helpful and wonderful and corrected the mistake. Will stay here again!

It’s a pretty clean place to stay definitely would go back but they need to include some type of breakfast ares not just

Disliked:The place smelled like fresh paint once u first come in and the construction on the side was too loud to early in the morning
