dissapointing especially for the cost

Disliked:Shower/tub would not drain. Carpet is dirty and shabby. Took forever to get hot water. The spa tub in the room did not work.

Not a great experience at all!

Disliked:There was mold thru out the hotel it had a really bad moldy/musty smell thruout. Bathroom had no toilet paper had to ask for towels. The pullout sofa had no sheet, blanket or pillows when our reservation was for 5 people so it was obviously gonna be used. There was no place to hang your clothes. There wasn't anything I liked but the pool and that wasn't even up to par cause there was mold on the ceiling.

Disliked:Cleanliness was lacking and smells in elevator. Bed was horrible, sunken down in center and I didn't want to sleep on it

Good stay if you like being yelled at first thing in the morning.

Liked:It was clean, had a great breakfast, good location, front desk people were nice.

Disliked:They were doing some renovations and the ice machines were out of order. Very small parking lot but the worst thing was we were told at check in that breakfast was 6:30am-9:30am, which was great because we had to leave at 7am. The next morning we made it down for breakfast at 6:45, all the food was out and ready and we had already made our plates when some staff lady came in and literally yelled at us and told us breakfast didn’t start till 7, I told her the guy that checked us in told us it was 6:30 and she said “well if that’s what he told you” and walked away. It was very rude and embarrassing and would be enough to make me not want to stay here in the future.
