What Guests Say

9.7

Exceptional

1,734 reviews

Highlights

+Exceptional service and hospitality
+Multiple swimming pools (including sunset pool) and strong amenities
+Complimentary transfers and internal transportation
+Spacious, comfortable rooms and occasional free upgrades
+Excellent breakfast and praised brasserie
+Great views/location near Mykonos town

Could Improve

–Some noise from road and late-night guests
–A few cleanliness concerns in rooms
–Bathroom quality issues (cheap finishes, weak shower flow)
–Occasional lapses in restaurant service / breakfast service attitude

Cleanliness8.8

Some guests praise the well-kept facilities, but at least one review explicitly notes rooms need more cleaning; minor cleanliness concerns (and a comment about shower flow) justify a slightly reduced score.

Service10.0

Consistently outstanding staff and host hospitality mentioned across many reviews (friendly, helpful, complimentary transfers, room upgrades, personalised recommendations) — service is a standout feature.

Location10.0

Location and position praised (views from sunset pool, close to Mykonos town, complimentary transfer/car service); multiple reviews highlight convenience and great sunset views.

Room Quality9.3

Rooms described as spacious and comfortable and some guests received free upgrades, but a few mentions of a cheap-feeling bathroom and weak shower flow moderately lower this score.

Amenities10.0

Multiple mentions of three pools, a standout sunset pool, internal transportation/transfer services and a new brasserie — amenities are frequently praised and well-maintained.

Value for Money10.0

Several reviewers explicitly state the property is worth the money and praise the overall hospitality and complimentary services, supporting a top score for value.

Food and Beverage9.5

Breakfast described as rich and a new brasserie receives strong praise, but a few notes call for improved restaurant service and one incident about breakfast access/attitude slightly reduce the rating.

Overall Experience10.0

Overwhelmingly positive overall feedback — many guests call the stay perfect, highly recommend the resort and applaud the hospitality and facilities.

Everything from start to finish was incredible. Loved Aeolos resort!

Liked:Everything from start to finish was incredible. Transfers included from the port and to the airport, transfers into town, help with the luggage. Showing us different room options and allowing us to decide what best suited us. Thank you Panos, Angela, Kostas and Thomas specifically, but the whole team. Amazing hospitality, we were well looked after!

Disliked:Nothing. It was all fantastic.

Stunning place with great views, good food options, pool bar, and amazing staff

Liked:Very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of facilities and complementary airport transfer was very useful. Pool bar offered cocktails around €18 and a food menu. Service from the staff was always great. We also went to the sister restaurant Novel, which had very lovely views of the sunset and food/cocktails were both delicious. Staff again were very helpful and friendly.

Disliked:Wasn’t an issue for us, but the hotel is located up a steep hill from the city centre. Property offers lifts down to the town but not back.
