Lovely old British property with charming rooms

Liked:The location and ambience is excellent. The old British rooms were charming. Food at the restaurant was by and large very good. Staff was very polite, helpful.

Disliked:Rooms didn't have mesh doors so we couldn't have the windows or doors open which was a shame. Our rooms faced a corridor or back wall of the hotel which was very disappointing. Pricey!

Snowy and Silent stay

Liked:Food, Location, Ambience, Staff courtesy. Overall I loved my stay.

Disliked:Room cleanliness, specially stained mattress and improper cleaning. Although my issues was sorted on raising my concerns. Apart this I loved my stay there.

Disliked:Room size is small. But since it's old historic property one has to accept it.
