Liked:The dayshift desk clerk.

Disliked:Your evening desk clerk no personality. Was not told about renovations. Screws and Nails in parking lot. No parking.not enough shade on windows to keep light out. Constant knocking noise all night long.

Disappointing to say the least.

Disliked:Hotel was under construction with no previous warning. Booked a king suite but was moved to two queens without any communication about the change. Went to the front desk to ask about it and was told they didn’t have any King beds available even though it said one was available when I booked. People on our floor were loud through the night and I had major surgery the following morning. Parking was taken up due to construction, had to park at the hotel next door.

I should have left but didn’t think I would get any of my money back

Liked:The check in clerk was very nice The room was very spacious and nice

Disliked:Not knowing about the hotel being in the middle of a remodel and the lobby mess and the elevator being a mess We tried to rest when we got to the room after a long day but the construction crew slamming doors made it impossible If we had not already paid for the room we would have left
