Liked:It is away from the city but can be reached by public transportaion easily.

Lovely choice for holiday

Liked:Was great stay, exceptionally clean, staff were friendly couple receptionist staff were happy, homely and very proffessional with excellent customer care. They made the stay beautiful... overal, its a place worth staying.

Liked:Nice apart-hotel, you have kitchen - sink, microwave, fridge and stove. No oven, but some of the rooms have dishwasher. I booked "Studio Work" room and had a desk, so I was working remotely comfortable. Open Wi-Fi, works good. You can leave your luggage before check-in and after you check-out. Has a gym, small but the machines are new. Hotel is in the front U/S bahn station and with U5 you can get to the city center in less than 20 minutes and it goes pretty frequently. Cleaning is every 5 days and you can pay for more frequent cleaning. Very nice hairdryer. Enough towels, but you get only 2 paper rolls, so you need to buy it for yourself if you are staying longer, also not enough garbage bags were provided since you are responsible for taking your trash out. Room attendants were nice, fast and very efficient. You have Rossmann and Rewe on the ground level and Aldi is 10 minutes by walk. PEP shopping center is 2 stations away with U5. Neighborhood is safe. You have rooftop, gaming room, coworking space but I didn't visit those, except the rooftop. It's nice, but it closes around 22:00h. I was sad, since they could leave the rooftop open for the meteor shower night on August 12-13, since it's very dark and the light pollution is minimal from the rooftop. If I visit Munchen again, I would come back here.

Disliked:There's a big TV in the room, but it's not smart. If you don't speak German, than watching regular TV is useless. I went to the front desk on my day 3 or 4, lady who was working was really nice and took my room number and said that technician is going to work on it and will bring me the HDMI cable tomorrow. Of course, that didn't happen and nobody followed up with my request. I wasn't pushing either because if they didn't followed it from the start, there is no point for me to request it multiple times and I was already leaving in couple of days so it wasn't big deal for me. But bring your own HDMI cable. Sometimes you need to wait longer for the elevator and the card reader in the elevator is not working as it should.

An absolute gem of a hotel - exceeded our expectations!

Liked:Cleanliness, next to shop and chemist, 1 minute walk away to Ubahn, fantastic extras such as laundry, gym, gaming room etc. Everything was well considered and enhanced our stay. Loved the Feng shui garden and the ease of using the lifts. We cannot stop talking about the hotel to anyone who listens and would 100% recommend! The beds were super comfy too and shower really powerful.

Disliked:Nothing that we didn’t like, however need clearer instructions for recycling / waste disposal. The waste room on Sunday 9th and Monday am 10th August was such a mess of overflowing waste, no bins for plastic and people had just dumped waste everywhere so leaking puddles of yuk and the smell was horrendous. Maybe some reminders in laundry to double check app against machines as I had stupidly paid for two that were already reserved so wasted money. Would have liked that the air conditioning could be turned up as still warm in room as heatwave outside.
