Liked:The breakfast was solid, hotel had everything you need for a night or two. There wasn't much to brag about this hotel. It is pretty basic.

Disliked:My AC wasn't working, hotel staff said there was no fix and no other rooms available, my only options were to try to find another room for the rest of my trip for a full refund if I didnt stay or 20% off my stay if I didn't leave. It made my stay pretty uncomfortable but I had minimal options.

Disliked:We absolutely did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. I rarely write negative reviews, but unfortunately, in this case I feel it is necessary. First, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. It was not cooling the room and was extremely noisy. We were staying in Munich during very hot weather, with temperatures around 35°C. I contacted reception several times, but unfortunately no action was taken. In the end, we had to sleep with the window open because the air conditioning was simply unbearable. Unfortunately, the location made the situation even worse. The area is very busy, with many shops and restaurants, and it can remain extremely noisy until 3–4 am. With no working air conditioning, we had to keep the window open, which made it almost impossible to sleep. The overall room experience was also very disappointing. There was no refrigerator or basic amenities that we would expect from a four-star hotel. Most importantly, the bedding did not feel clean. When it was too hot, we removed the duvet from its cover and found visible sweat stains and other marks on it, which was very unpleasant. The few days we spent here were honestly a terrible experience. I never expected this level of service and comfort from a four-star hotel. In my opinion, this hotel does not come close to four-star standards. Based on our experience, I would rate it no more than two stars.
