Not worth the cost. Poor air conditioning. Dodgy cleaniness. Trash bags left outside in the hallway.

Disliked:Firstly, I returned to the hotel room in the late evening after venturing out in the city. The air conditioning was so weak that the room felt sweltering and stuffy. Inexplicably, the hallway was much cooler than the room. I checked the climate control settings (AUTO and temperature at full blue mark) and the ventilation barely flowed out of the vent. I opened the window and balcony door to circulate the cooler outside air. For my security, I closed the balcony door, but I slept poorly due to the weak air conditioning. I did not understand why the bathroom light switch did not work at first. It took me a while to figure out another light switch that activates the bathroom light switch. This also lights up the whole room, too. I had to press the “main” light switch then bathroom light switch every time. And switched the lamps in the room off. I could see that the room wasn’t cleaned very well. I saw the liquid spill stains on the electric point underneath the night stand and on the table. Lastly, I am not sure why some international guests felt compelled to leave the trash bags outside in the hallway. In the floor lounge adjacent to the lifts, somebody left lot of trash on the table and floor (no dustbins to dispose the trash). They weren’t collected by the chambermaids until the next morning. One actually brought the REWE shopping cart up to the 21st floor and abandoned it there. I reported those to the front desk for removal. When I wrote to the hotel management, I received no response. When I filled out the online survey, I received the lame response with apologies and nothing further.
