Disliked:We booked this hotel for two nights, but due to an urgent and unexpected situation, we had to leave one day earlier. Unfortunately, the hotel showed absolutely no flexibility or understanding and charged us the full amount for both nights. What made the experience even more disappointing was that, despite our early departure and the circumstances, they still made sure to ask whether we had used anything from the minibar. Very disappointing customer service and a complete lack of understanding toward guests in an emergency situation.
