It was a wonderful experience.

Liked:It’s a luxury hotel with amazing breakfast, thank you reception manager Aarti, who provided breakfast as a complementary, it was very nice from the hotel. I loved the swimming pool with the breathtaking view, there were perfect service and polite personal. My stay was very enjoyable and I wish to come bake again.

Disliked:Making videos in the hall was not allowed. I also didn’t get a preferred table at the breakfast, manager said that this table was for guests, but I was a guest too.

Liked:Very disappointing experience. The check-in process was extremely slow and unorganized. I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 PM but was not given my room until 3:30 PM, resulting in a wait of more than 2 hours in the lobby. A staff member directed me to the waiting lounge, but no one attended to me there. I had to ask twice just to get a glass of water. The lack of communication and hospitality was surprising, especially from a hotel that carries the Taj name. During the wait, several guests kept asking why the check-in was taking so long, which clearly showed that this was not an isolated issue. The overall check-in experience was careless and poorly managed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. There are many better options available that offer much better service and value for money.
