Disappointing Hilton Property

Disliked:Our first room had a strong smell of pine sol, and we asked to get a different room because the smell was too strong. Our second room would of been a forensic scientist dream with all the hair in the sink, bathtub, & on the mirror and on the bed sheets. It looked as though housekeeping eliminated a cleaning job. Even the floor had lots of hair everywhere.

Horrible customer service

Liked:Besides the room being gross and filthy, kc at the front desk was rude and disrespectful. She acted like it was a problem that we complained about the dirty room. And she called my 4 yr old stupid because she has a speech impediment and stutters. Its appalling that hilton would employ such a rude person to be at the front desk. Would definitely not recommend mt Vernon double tree
