It was cool

Liked:The people at the property was cool they greeted us let us check in early and gave us a complimentary snack bag.

Disliked:The beds was terrible, my back hurt so bad like I hate Holiday Inn hotels because of this and also when we arrived the tub and toilet had a dirt ring around it and I ended up grabbing the cleaning supplies by myself to do it myself. But that wasn’t the issue the beds is what’s gonna make me never return 😩

Liked:Good breakfast, comfortable bed, everything seemed clean. Nice furnishings. Enough room around the sink for toiletries.

Disliked:I've been overcharged by $100 and need a refund in that. I've tried calling customer service and can't get through. I left a call back number and they haven't returned my call. The lighting in the bathroom is too low and there aren't enough hook for your clothes.
