This property needs financial investment also left my hat there and they phoned me to ask me to send a pre paid padded

Liked:I liked the location of the property it was quite pretty with lots of trees and also I liked the area which was close to local shops and cafes

Disliked:I did not like that our air conditioning was two portable units for the first 5 days of our stay then one night with new air conditioning which broke down and we had a very hot night with not much sleep The 7th night was with the air conditioning fixed but we asked the staff to leave the portable units in the apartment in case of another issue.

The stay was disappointing and poor value for money

Liked:The location is convenient, but having a car is essential. Cannes is approximately a 20-minute drive away. The reception staff were helpful and polite, and the swimming pool is also a nice feature of the property.

Disliked:Unfortunately, the apartment we were given did not correspond at all to the photos shown on the Booking app. It appeared to be a specially adapted apartment for guests with disabilities and was extremely outdated. The doors and door frames were in particularly poor condition, looking as though they were coming apart and had not been properly maintained for years. There were also several maintenance issues. The showerhead sprayed water in all directions, making it difficult to use the shower properly, and the PVC window/door in one of the rooms was broken and could not be opened. Overall, while the location, staff, and pool were positive aspects, the condition of the apartment was significantly below what we expected based on the photos and description on Booking.

Best deal of hotel in the area with worst staff ever

Liked:The location and cleanliness of the facility and the room were generally suitable for our requirements.

Disliked:The staff exhibit a level of service that can best be described as unsatisfactory. When requesting an extension of my stay, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked. However, alternative options were available on other websites, which suggests a lack of professionalism. Furthermore, when I requested amenities that should have been provided in advance, it indicated a deficient understanding of proper hotel management. Concerning complaints from other residents about disturbances, a proper investigation should precede contacting the resident in question. Yet, I received a call from your staff before such inquiries were made, during which I was told that the disturbance was caused by the resident walking around in their apartment—an assessment I find unreasonable. I question the necessity of physically inspecting every area of the apartment to resolve such matters. Additionally, when I responded respectfully, your staff attempted to instruct me on general courtesy towards other residents, despite their own evident lack of such regard. Upon checkout, I was informed that the designated time was 10 AM and was asked for an additional fee for a late check-out, which I accepted. However, subsequently, I was told to adhere to the facility's policies, which appears to reflect inadequate training in hospitality customer relations.
