Liked:We stay at this location several times a year and the staff is always pleasant. With one exception of one staffer who seemed to be in a hurry to end the 9:00 breakfast a few minutes early.

Disliked:Like I said we stay here very often and I do like staying on the first floor. However I don't want to stay in the room closest to the exit door again. People go and come out of that exit all hours of the night and most of the time letting the door slam

I would stay at a Tru by Hilton again. We spent some time at the pool table also, which was nice!!!

Liked:We’d like the newest and cleanest of the hotel the compact aspect of it entrances and exits were easily accessed. The breakfast was good, but not great. I would suggest providing things that are more Southern not things like New York bagels, but that’s just me. * bisquits, bacon not kielbasa for Gods sake.

Disliked:Room 324 was toward the end of the hall, so we were hoping it would be quiet, but the AC unit was loud throughout the night, which kept my husband up.
