Very disappointed

Liked:The breakfast was good as always. It was delicious. The kids enjoyed the pool they said it was warm

Disliked:We got a suite with separate rooms. The room with the pool out couch had no air. The ac wasnt working. The sheets on the pull out couch was dirty. And they didn't have clean sheets to replace them. The elevator went down and we were on the third floor which was hard for me to climb. The vending machine wasn't working. We ended up leaving a day early. This has always been my favorite place to stay. But this time it wasn't

Got stuck in the elevator

Liked:The room was clean, the pool area is fantastic and the staff was great but we got stuck in the elevator and had to be rescued by the fire department and there was no compensation for the trauma like a compt stay or a stay for next time, most businesses would even apologize for my kids freak out and trust me we wont ever get on an elevator again, the drop and stop was terrifying not to mention the sound of whatever hit the top of it sounded like it was gonna shatter the roof and fall through on us but other than that drama it was an okay facility.

Liked:The location to Norman. Just a short drive to everything we did while in Oklahoma.

Disliked:The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were tiny. Had to buy shampoo and conditioner to make it through the week. Also the pool wasn't open until 7 pm so didn't have time to swim.
