We did not stay - it was untenable. Booking.com has not done anything to intervene.

Disliked:There was nothing to like, including the lack of responsibility taken by the host - who is no longer on Booking.com As we entered at 22:30, we were greeting with dirty linen and filthy towels on the dining room table. There were clumps of hair on the floor, mold in the kitchen and no heat at all in the bedroom. The temperature was 11 degrees Celcius - the outdoor temperature went down to minus 5 (in April). When we attempted to contact the host via phone, he did pick up. He only responded via text maintaining that the apartment 'had been prepared'. We said we could not stay as it was filthy - even if a cleaner would be sent, the trust was broken. It is also unacceptable to think tenants should stay in a room that was not prepared with heating. It was 23:00 at night when we left. The host has refused to refund us. The apartment was also advertised as being 100m2 when it was no more than 30-40m2. There was no lock on the front entrance of the building. The place was unsafe. The pictures speak for themselves. Booking.com has not done anything to intervene.

Liked:It was ok. Quiet and calm place. Linens were OK.

Disliked:Plumbing hardware in kitchen and bathroom are bit outdated but functional. . Needs to be upgraded.
