A nice individual hotel , a breath of fresh air from corporate hotels with great staff

Liked:Nice individual hotel Staff were all most helpful. Breakfast was nice , with a fair choice of food.

Disliked:Stairs to the entrance, with luggage. Loose toilet seat

Liked:Staff was great. I got to the hotel quite early hoping to just drop off my luggage, but they put in the effort to have my room ready quickly, which I really appreciated.

Disliked:The room was a bit dark, but it was fine otherwise.

Liked:Lovely old house with special touches and friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast and comfortable sitting room for guests to use anytime with coffee,tea etc available. Good location with restaurants and grocery store within easy walking distance. We loved our stay and highly recommend if you like old world charm and service. We felt at home. Large comfortable room with huge bathroom, high ceilings and luxurious bath as well as shower.

Disliked:Stairs only and narrow so care needed. No fridge in room.

A delightful, affordable and comfortable boutique hotel to call our temporary home.

Liked:Location was central to Old Montreal and was easy to navigate and find our way around. The hotel itself was exceptionally well maintained and welcoming. Frederick was kind, thoughtful and always was around to lend a hand.

Disliked:Not having an elevator made the property slightly challenging but was not in any way a dealbreaker to our stay. There was nothing that we disliked about the property. We would easily stay there again.
