Liked:Great value and the room was comfortable enough for a night. Great breakfast in the morning supervised by a very helpful staff. The bed was comfortable too.

Disliked:The parking was full but solution was offered by the representative during checking. No other issue or discomfort to report though. The location is not the most lively, but ok anyway.

Liked:Good location, very close to the bus station. Good continental breakfast.

Disliked:At the reception desk, when I wanted to check out, they told me to wait 30 minutes (!) to check my room. This was the first time I'd encountered this. When I said I had to catch a bus, they told me to wait 5 minutes. But the worst part came next. The receptionist couldn't (!) find my deposit (250 USD in cash). She searched for another twenty minutes, asking me to wait a little longer, but I couldn't wait because I was rushing to catch the bus. As a result, the next day I had to rush to the hotel while transferring trains in Montreal (from Quebec City to Toronto) to collect my deposit. If I hadn't had a layover in Montreal and enough time during the transfer, my deposit would have been lost. It was a very unpleasant and ridiculous situation. I've never encountered anything like it anywhere. And it ruined my impression of both the hotel and my stay in the glorious city of Montreal. Yes, the situation was eventually resolved, but at what cost to my time and nerves!

No Boyle water at room neither at gim

Disliked:The hotel LELUX charged additional 2 improper fees at their reception desk after my booking payment successfully done through Booking.com portal. Besides my multiple requests to LELUX Hotel for reversal, the hotel has done one of two improper charges but refused to do for the second one. They asked r me to look for Booking.com for this claim.
