Great boutique hotel in Montreal

Liked:Staff were extremely helpful. King bed was comfortable. Rain shower head. Very clean. Coffee cafe in the lobby. Free coffee (including barista types) and drinks. Free breakfast. Hand written note from staff welcoming us. A little convenience store directly across from the hotel. Walkable to Basilica Notre Dame Montreal, Chinatown. The only negative is that there is some construction next door. It did not bother us, but might bother some folks.
