Liked:The location was quite central to everywhere I wanted/ needed to go. The staff was very helpful which was much appreciated and they worked hard to make our stay comfortable.
Disliked:The TV in our room wasn’t working properly and so we were unable to watch movies. This was no fault of the hotel but rather the movie service provider. The hotel sent two technicians to solve the problem on two occasions but the problem was from “outside” . Having movies would have been helpful as my husband was recovering from surgery. We were unaware that the hotel restaurant was being renovated before we booked. My husband’s mobility was quite limited and we had planned to eat in this restaurant at least once (we had a kitchenette in our room). Although the food was good, the alternate setting was like a cafeteria. A little disappointing.

Great hotel in a convenient location!

Liked:The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were super helpful. The location was great - just a short walk to Centre Bell and many great restaurants and shops. The beds were also very comfy and we appreciated the convenient onsite parking. Would absolutely stay here again!

Maintenance issues.

Liked:My wife and I stayed in an Admiral Loft #132 for 4 nights in early April 2026. Unit needed maintenance on kitchenette faucets, bathroom faucet handles would spin 360 degrees when using them. Tried to use the jetted spa tub on our last night - faucet handle fell off in my hand and the jets did not work - maintenance was contacted and confirmed all the issues we had - we were offered to charge rooms but we were leaving next morning at 4:00 am for an early flight - so no point in doing that. We were told hotel manger would reach out to offer compensation the next day - but he did not - I had to contact him myself the following day - he did offer to refund 1 night’s stay after some negotiations. Also the on-site restaurant was under renovation and closed - back entrance was also under construction and not accessible - doors were removed and pallets of tiles were stacked in guest walking areas - not ideal. Not a great experience for us and we would not recommend staying here.

Liked:Melody, the front desk receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and was willing to help us checking in . A group of 6 family members we all had great accommodations and we are satisfied with the hotel staff and services. Aplus service
