Liked:The kitchenette, the balcony, and how close it was to the mall and metro station.

Disliked:I had a hard time almost trying to pay for it, hotel does not take BMO prepaid traveling card.

Liked:The reception staff were really nice and easy to deal with, and checking in and out was simple and quick. The location was good, in terms of proximity to everything and also the hotel surroundings.

Disliked:The breakfast experience needs to be re-imagined, especially in terms of hall and elevator capacity. That said the coffee was much better than expected. The room ac was difficult to control and noisy, but did the job.
