Not bad hotel but staff attitude needs addressing

Liked:Good location Easy parking Comfy beds

Disliked:Reception staff were rude and restaurant staff not much better Waited 4 hours from 3pm for a check in - manager handled it well and gave us free parking and breakfast for one morning but the way it was handled in the first place was disappointing

My room was on the seventh floor, which is the windows are so transparent with the sound no soundproof. Annoying if you

Liked:To be honest, there was nothing special but I’m on a business trip and it’s fine but the price is where not worthwhile

Disliked:I asked for a late checkout and wanted to pay for it explaining that I’m overseas traveling with a late flight , two times I asked, but they were not able to reply until the last minute, even if I’m going to pay, accepted because it’s our otel policy, but there are more hospital choices.

Pleasant stay during our first time visit of Montreal

Liked:The location was great, walking distance to old town and downtown, even though it was a little rough and sketchy, specially in the evenings. Really enjoyed having Starbucks and a grocery store right in the building. Enjoyed a great city view from 23rd floor.

Disliked:we only tried the breakfast once, the selection was not great, waffles and danishes were store bought and reheated, not freshly made.
