Liked:The location was good.

Disliked:The cleanliness was very disappointing. The lobby and rooms felt dirty, and there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail overall. The in-room coffee and tea setup was also inconsistent. In one room, only decaf coffee was provided, while the other room had only green tea and two coffees, with no real variety. Overall, the hotel did not feel well-maintained or thoughtfully prepared for guests.

Disliked:Every time we came back to the hotel or left the hotel there was people smoking cigarettes or weed just outside the door so we had to walk through the smoke.

Well located and VERY reasonable price

Liked:The hotel is well located within easy reach of shops and restaurants. It's around a 40 minute walk to the Old Port. The cost is very reasonable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel could do with updating, some areas are showing signs of wear and tear. The problem with the lifts is what lets the hotel down, these urgently need upgrading. For much of our stay one was out of action, meaning we had to use the stairs, not a pleasant experience.
