Disappointing.

Liked:On the positive side, whenever we raised issues with the management, they reacted really quickly and resolved urgent problems quickly. The staff on site were very helpful and supportive, for which we were grateful. The location was ideal for where we had to be in Montréal, but the surrounding area was somewhat disappointing (not clean and tidy)

Disliked:The standard of cleaning was not good. There were a number of bodged repairs to the apartment (see photos). On first entering the apartment we thought that it didn't live up to the pictures on Booking.com. The Kettle had been abused by the previous occupants and was completely broken with exposed wires (This was sorted by management with in 12 hours, well done!). Other problems: faulty toilet seat, shower head not working, toilet roll holder loose, hook on bathroom door missing, broken kitchen bin, a big bed but the sheets didn't fit (uncomfortable to sleep on) and Wifi was VERY patchy and continuously "drops out", which was infuriating. The apartment we had overlooked a main road, which was very noisy, and a petrol station which also served food. This attracted some "odd" people early morning/late at night. The road outside the block was dirty with a bench used by what looked to be homeless folk; absolutely no problems encountered but not a "good look!".

Disliked:The bed was uncomfortable and very loud . Every time one of us turned in bed it woke the other person up. Shower doors did not close properly
