Liked:Nothing, the one lady was the only one who didnt give me attitude because I spoke english...the rest gave me disgusted looks, made me really angry...its canada ...also saw no Canadian flag, nothing but Quebec flag....this is canada...

Disliked:Nothing the gym sucked, the lounge for food opened when they wanted, and u have a woman smoking a hookah stareing at u and mad cuz now she has to work...what ever

Liked:Exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel — the lobby, room, and bathroom were spotless. Very friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist and accommodate guests' needs. Secure parking behind a gate. Overall, the hotel felt very comfortable and welcoming.

Disliked:The hotel description mentions an American breakfast, but it is available only at the hotel restaurant for an additional charge and is not included in the room rate. Sound insulation could be improved. We could clearly hear our neighbors throughout the night, including conversations and even ordinary movements, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. This was the only significant drawback of our stay.
