Liked:The location was right in the heart of the city, which made it very convenient to explore Montreal. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. Whenever I faced any issues, they were quick to respond and resolve them promptly. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Clouds Lofts and would happily recommend it.

Disliked:Nothing much to mention, as a small suggestion, it would be helpful to have some basic cleaning tools available in the room, such as a mop or similar items, especially for longer stays.

Liked:Great for the price! Liked the location and being able to have a kitchen. The bed was comfy and the appliances were nice. The self check-in was great.

Disliked:It's definitely an old building and the stairs were a bit annoying (especially not being able to enter using the ground floor door). The layout of the bathroom was not ideal (limited counter and storage space and couldn't open the shower door fully). It would've been great if there was a place to hang even a hand towel in the bathroom. The minimal counter space being taken up with toilet paper was also not ideal. The door to our room didn't stay closed if it wasn't locked. Would've been nice if there was a chain lock or something similar on it.
