Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in. The $300 CAD security deposit will be processed within 48 hours of your check-in and released 48 hours after departure date, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the full amount to appear on your statement. Please note our virtual front desk is available 7 days a week via text, email, and phone. We provide a contactless check-in experience using a unique access code for building and room entry via a smart lock. A maximum of Studio or One-Bedroom unit: 2 guests + 2 visitors until 23:00 and Two-Bedroom unit: 4 guests + 4 visitors until 11PM are allowed. Security cameras monitor common areas; non-compliance may lead to expulsion and loss of the security deposit. Parking is limited in both availability and entry size—please refer to the parking gallery photos for detailed dimensions and access information.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
