It was a good experience and i would stay there again.

Liked:I was able to connect with the host, and he was extremely responsive and helpful. He went out of his way to accommodate us and help us to settle in. He helped us to settle in very fast.

Disliked:The doors did not have a Mezuzah, which is not an issue for most travelers. It, however, surprised me personally, so I only mention it here, in case he wants to check with the proper “L.O.R.’ if he has to.

Liked:Comfortable apartment, decently equipped kitchen.

Disliked:I wasn't contacted about the check in until the last moment, even though I've written several messages to the property managers on Booking. There were basically no way to contact host and the replies seemed to be automatically generated. So I was extremely stressed out about the check in.

This was an unpleasant experience in a property that receives no maintenance by a lazy owner.

Liked:There was no breakfast. The location suited our purposes, but the experience and facility was terrible. The cleaner was still on site when we arrived on site after checkin time. We were forced to wait outside on a hot day. Once we were in it wasn't better because there was no air conditioning. I had asked the customer server via voice mail about AC but they simply did not answer. Properties should not br offered in summer in Montreal where heat and humidity make for extreme discomfort. The facility was not the same as the photographs advertised, which show a couch, which did not exist. The flush mechanism on the toilet was broken. No effort had been made to repair. The entrance required walking across a yard which was not mown. When we arrived back in the evening there was a skunk in the grass directly in front of the entrance to our property. In short, I see this rental as a money grab by the property owner who is not willing to make the necessary effort to offer suitable logging. .

Disliked:Everything above. The experience was terrible.

Clean, well-appointed space, especially suitable for folks on business in Montreal.

Liked:The space was very clean and very well-appointed. The hosts had thought of absolutely everything needed for a comfortable visit, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.

Disliked:The location is a bit out of the way (which was fine for us, but would be very disappointing for anyone wanting to be close to the "action" of Montreal). Also: noise from the guests/family upstairs walking back and forth went on until past midnight both nights we were there, making it difficult to sleep and be ready for early morning business activity. It's just a function of the house, as the floor/ceiling is clearly not sound-proofed.
