Disliked:There were 5 spiders in our room that we killed before we went to bed. We killed 2 more in the morning. There was an odor. I realize the staff accommodated us because they had an upstairs room, but my husband had shoulder surgery and couldn't carry luggage upstairs.

Liked:Helpful, personable staff. Historic facility. Excelkent location. Handicapped accessible features. Coffee center in building, right next to our room. Little heater. Comfortable bed. Nice area for relaxing and socializing.

Disliked:No mat for shower. Lights at exterior door lit the room even with blinds shut. Maybe turn them off earlier. The door could not be opened with key if we locked it with button. Maybe put a little sign on the door. Recommend putting Wi-Fi code in the room or on a card given at check-in.
