Liked:The staff at the reception were helpful. However, the rooms weren't cleaned every day. On enquiring, we were told that it had to be explicitly requested although we weren't informed about this at check-in. The towels were replaced but the mugs and tea/coffee packets weren't and the beds weren't tidied up nor the bathroom was cleaned. For the money being paid, you'd expect these basic facilities.

Liked:Beautiful location and the staff are incredible. Everyone working there was so friendly and accomodating. Buffer breakfast was delicious. The rooms are so clean and the surrounding areas is peaceful and pretty. We really loved coming back here each night after our big days at Disneyland. We both really loved this place and cannot recommend it more highly. Thank you for an exceptional experience 💜
