overasll the hotel was a good selection. I would return.

Ok hotel for a day or two but not for longer

Liked:Even though they were damaged by the hurricane the staff did their best to accommodate us. I can see that in normal conditions it is a nice hotel with a beautiful view of Montego Bay.

Disliked:It is located at the top of a hill so walking is not an option. The rooms were just ok. If you are going for a day or two is fine but for longer stays I would prefer something else.

Best to avoid this one.

Liked:It was just a bad experience. They promised a shuttle, I called from the airport, the frontdesk woman was just so full of attitude. In the end, after 3 calls to the hotel after standing for a while after 9hr flight, I gave up and got a taxi to the hotel. I was given a room where the windows looked out into section of the restaurant as it adjoined the hotel kitchen. There were no windows to outside and no fresh air. Then the safe battery failed with my passport and money inside. Took over an hour to get that resolved. The bellman had to come to switch the tv on and to change the channels. Breakfast was one person recording room numbers and serving the buffet at her own sweet pace. No fruits in sight. I must say that the bellmen are the saving grace of that place. They were so helpful. Couldn't wait to escape in the morning. Luckily, I had only booked the one night.
