Cozy and welcoming stay with great facilities, conveniently located near Mont Tremblant.

Liked:I liked the cozy, homely atmosphere and the facilities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, kitchen, movie room, etc.), as well as the warm welcome from the hostess. The room feels authentic, and the bed is comfortable. The location is great, about a 15-minute drive from Mont Tremblant. The included breakfast was also really nice.

Liked:The location was awesome.

Disliked:I am disappointed with my stay and do not believe this property met the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. The breakfast experience was particularly poor. The selection was very limited and basic, and there were significant delays in replenishing food and serving guests. In addition, all of the drinking glasses available during breakfast had unpleasant odors. As a result, we felt uncomfortable using them and had to use our own cups for water and juice. Another major issue was that the swimming pool was out of service during our stay. This was one of the facilities we expected to enjoy, and its unavailability negatively affected our overall experience. Overall, the quality of the services and facilities fell well below my expectations for a 5-star property. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with my stay and do not feel that the experience provided good value for the price paid.

Liked:I loved the home feel experience. The breakfast was very relaxing and intimate. The outdoor hot tub was a beautiful experience since we were surrounded by nature. I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you for your warm hospitality.
