Never booking this unit again. Looking for some compensation.

Disliked:When we arrived at 4:30pm there was no water supply so had to call and the tech showed up which fix the issue. The real problem start when Sunday morning at 6am there was no water supply again. I called the receptionist and he said he is sending someone shortly , no one showed up till 7:30. I called again and the next person informed us that the technician will come not before 9:30 am. We have to leave by 9 to mount tremblant to do all our prepaid activities. Now we are stuck there. I asked for a supervisor or manager to call me back never received a call back. Also there was garbage in one of the rooms closet with used condoms in it which was not cleaned before us.

Will not book again

Liked:The neighborhood was nice, the view of some golf was nice

Disliked:Air conditioning need a good cleaning disgisting and very loud. And call me suspicious BUT the day after i gave my credit card number to the 2 gentlement (this was friday after noon and ita the only time used the card) a fraud for wallmart 160$ was trying to be made ofcourse i decline BUT you know 1+1
