Lovely clean hitel, very comfortable and welcoming.

Liked:Fairly new facility, still clean and shiny. Beds comfy, sofa in room still in good condition. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good for a hotel and had efficient worker present and keeping things full and aesthetic.

Disliked:No visitor info and maps.

If you are looking for a cheaper option, it’s passable…

Liked:Location was great for my needs. I could easily access the highway.

Disliked:There are NO ELEVATORS. I didn’t see that information anywhere prior check-in. I was travelling with my two young children and taking luggage up the stairs is inconvenient. I was told I could switch to a first floor room for an extra fee. But first floor room had patio doors so I didn’t not feel safe using that option The facilities are okay… the cleanliness is lacking. The stairwells were disgusting, the hallways are dirty. Our room was okay, although the bathtub had some mold (small amount) in the caulking. The bottles of shampoo/conditioner (squeeze style that they refill) were sticky and not wiped down. Breakfast was a little hectic. The employee working the breakfast was very overwhelmed, it was a lot of work, however she was quite vocal about her stress and it was uncomfortable. My 6 year old said we should help her cause he felt she was too stressed out. The food was meh, average to below average hotel breakfast.
