Excellent Property

Liked:The hotel was ideally located for our needs and the staff were very professional. Parking was rather expensive but it is the same everywhere in the GTA What I must say is that the booking of our rooms was a nightmare. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights then we had to cancel one of the rooms for 1 night only. The lady on the phone did not speak very good English which resulted in her cancelling all of the rooms and then we had to re-book the 1room for 2 nights and 1 room for 1 night, however, much to our disgust the agent advised us that the original rooms were not available and we ended up having to pay more for upgraded rooms. Get people who can speak English please !!!! Regards. GRF
