Car theft very common from Hotel Parking Lot. Felt unsafe!!

Liked:The staff was great and were very accommodating to anything we needed or any questions we had. But car theft taking place from the property multiple times had us questioning our safety here.

Disliked:Our second night, a bunch of cars of our family and friends who were also staying at this hotel got broken into and stolen from the property parking lot. Their security camera wasn’t even working so they didn’t even have a video. Apparently the crime rate for car theft is at an all time high in this city. We felt unsafe and checked out the same day.

Good for a short over night stay, but needs some improvements.

Liked:Quick check in , location nice, nice lobby, comfy bed, spacious room and bath

Disliked:weird location for TV since it did not turn for you to watch from bed, Pillows were horrible and need replacing, Bathroom was not as clean as it should be. There were marks on the walls beside the sink and on the mirror. The shower glass area along the bottom needs to be cleaned a lot better. Try a scrub brush.

Good location, Clean

Liked:The hotel is renovated. Clean and convenient. The location is by a main highway so it’s a bit noisy in the night. Manan who’s managing the breakfast is so good, fast, efficient and helpful. Overall good stay. I’d recommend for business travel

kind staff made my stay easier 😊

Liked:I’m staying at this Marriott in Canada for a business trip, and I had a really nice experience. I especially want to mention the 1st floor bar — Mawan Janvi was so kind and helpful. I’m not very comfortable with English, but they were really patient and helped me order breakfast without any stress. It made a big difference for me, and I really appreciated the kindness. Thank you!
