Dirty and Smells

Liked:I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and the experience was below acceptable standards. The room was dirty and had a strange, unpleasant smell. Paint was peeling from the walls, and the bathroom door had a hole in it, as if someone had punched through it. There were visible cracks, rust, and even mold around the AC unit, which is a serious health concern. The bed was uncomfortable and had a dip in the center which clearly indicates it should have been replaced long ago. This hotel is not suitable for anyone expecting even a basic level of cleanliness and upkeep.

A bit depressing and in need of new carpets and better cleaning. Parking lot needs repaving. No curb appeal

Liked:Visited for student drop off and stayed here because it was one of the few hotels with availability. Now I understand why. The parking lot is old with potholes and needs repaving. Landscaping is parched (no irrigation?) and no flowers to speak off let alone grass. Foyer entrance has broken tile and the valet cart is old decrepit and there is only one. No elevator. There is no HVAC in corridors so during a 90 degree heat wave it was pretty hot. Reception tile is cracked. Now the upstairs hallway and our room carpet. The stair carpet is dirty and old. As you get to the top, you are created by a huge stain. Our room carpet (room 206) was disgusting. Huge stains in front of the fridge. Carpet could use a cleaning. Wear shower shoes/flip flops. Bathrooms are “modernized” appear renovated. But the quality is cheap. Shower is not well ventilated and there is red mold on the grout. Not sure this place is ever cleaned. The comforter is polyester and cheap. The decorative foot throw is actually the comforter, not a separate blanket. We stayed Saturday (two nights) and checked out Monday. In Sunday night, we were the only car in the lot. Now I know why. Despite the updated bathrooms, this place needs some TLC. Lipstick on a pig is still a pig. We won’t be staying here again.

Great place to stay. Superb customer service and comfortable beds

Liked:We always stay here when we come up for football games. We are always greeted and treated like family. CN and staff are cheerful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and beds comfy. Good shower pressure. Although the breakfast bar has a variety, most I don't eat. I wish for hard boiled eggs/eggs and toast. We will continue to stay here whenever we are in the area. We feel appreciated.
