Liked:Great location

Disliked:It was unseasonably warm for mid-May, and the building did not have air conditioning. The staff did their best to keep customers comfortable, but the remedy was out of their control. I was disappointed that hotel management did not offer a discount in an effort to compensate for the issue. Booking.com did offer me a credit, but I was disappointed with The Chambers management for not working to mitigate the issue.
