I was treated much better at other locations in MN and I paid during check out

Liked:I like that the hotel was close to venue I was going to

Disliked:1). My cost was different from Booking.com and I was required to basically pay for room upfront even though I selected to pay at checkout. The front desk person named Tristan was very rude about it and I was forced to pay 2 separate deposits at check in. 2). I didn't like that there wasn't free parking for hotel guest. 3). I didn't like having to pay for breakfast, thought it was free but it cost $15 each
