I’ll sum it up even shorter “ very dissatisfied Customer.”

Disliked:It’s not the property that I didn’t. Like. I did not like the way one of the employees there treated us ,I think he was maybe the nighttime manager . I was not aware that I cannot use cash for either the room, or even the deposit, if it was posted on booking.com. I did not see it, and the guy at the counter was pretty rude by insinuating that if I couldn’t pay with a card, that I was going to be refused service. Although I had money on me, and the reservation was already made . Another very nice female employee said I could pay cash for the deposit, and he said no, you cannot. So he was ready to just send me out to the street,. Also, I’ve never been in a hotel room where there are no blankets or even a comforter on the Bed. Nothing but bedsheets. And that’s how our room was. I don’t know if that’s normal for your hotel but I did not like it and I was too tired to go and ask for a blanket. I think the room could have been fresher as in the smell. My girlfriend said it wasn’t that bad, but no one should say It’s not that bad. A person should say it smells good. I also did not see a $19 fee for parking on The website. Things that should’ve been pointed out when the final price of the room appeared on the screen , I would suggest to have your employee there take some hospitality classes before you lose more business than just mine
