Comfortable, quiet and close to the city

Liked:Location is 15/20 minutes from the centre of Edinburgh, with easy transport links. all 3 rooms we're am ideal size with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything you need to make and prepare meals, i know other reviews mentioned no microwave so keep that in mind, but the oven and hob were more than enough, along side a kettle and fridge. plenty of space to park out front and around the back. Wifi was free and worked with no issues.
Disliked:Checked in at 3pm and the apartment was not ready, with laundry piled up in the bathroom and unmade beds etc, a quick email to the contact regarding this and the cleaner arrived and sorted everything within around 30 mins. That being said a thorough deep clean is needed, especially as a portion of the price is a cleaning fee. We moved the sofa to one side to get the dining table out and there were crumbs, rubbish and all sorts under the foot rest and sofa. marks on the walls, a broken plug socket in the living area. It was clean and liveable for a few days but could do with some tlc if we are going to be charged a fee for such upkeep.
