Liked:Joseph, the hotel receptionist, was very helpful and had an excellent service attitude. He helped me with many problems.

Disliked:The bed frame was too old; it either made strange noises or the mattress sagged in the middle. The lack of a microwave in the room was also inconvenient.

Extremely clean and comfortable with an outstanding breakfast.

Liked:The room was extremely clean and the sheets were better than average quality. The pillows were comfortable. I liked being able to make a cup of coffee or tea in the room. The TV had actual choices of movies to watch. The breakfast was serious good with so many choices.

Disliked:The bathtub was really nice and large, but there wasn't adequate hot water to take a bath. It would have been nice if I had been asked if I was a Hyatt rewards member, because I didn't think about it until later.

Liked:Spacious room. More beds than stated in the description. Two queen beds, one queen sofa bed, and surprisingly one twin sofa bed.

Disliked:The hotel is going through construction on the floor where the self laundry facilities are located. That makes the washers and dryers unavailable. An announcement about the temporary inconvenience would help. Also the front desk staff seems unaware of the construction progress and tells the guests to check it out by themselves. That is unprofessional.
