Excellent location, outstanding staff, and a smooth, comfortable stay. I would happily stay here again.

Liked:The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Duomo and many attractions. Farid and Alexandra were exceptional and friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The staff on the other shifts, whose names I didn’t get, were also very kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient
