Disliked:The shower head was broken and fell to the floor. I immediately informed the concierge, and they told me it had been replaced. However, it had not actually been replaced, and it fell again while I was taking a shower. The TV was also not working properly. I even sent videos showing the issue: the picture would disappear, the colors would become increasingly washed out, and then the TV would switch off by itself. I asked several times to change rooms because of these problems, but my requests were completely ignored and were never taken into consideration. I find this situation extremely disappointing, especially since I reported these issues several times and even provided video evidence. I would appreciate an explanation and an appropriate solution.

A great place to base your stay in Central Milan

Liked:The location was superb, extremely close to the cathederal

Disliked:The kitchen facilities were very minimal not even a toaster ( I did not read the hosts pre arrival list, so I perhaps should have known this. The host always responded very quickly to any concerns or requests. The location is great. But the apartment was smaller than we expected We are a bit old.school so a hard copy folder with useful info. Ie Where to take recycling etc. Would be useful

We felt unsafe b/c of the unit accessable by other renters and the management failed to update.

Disliked:The next-door rental family from Milan-Eleven was in our apartment unit when we arrived, their key card was able to unlock their unit and the unit we rented. The management did not respond this situation, and we had to resolve the confusion ourself. It was a very unpleasant experience, and the management didn't keep us updated. We had to call them later for an update.
