Comfortable stay and friendly staff. Great location. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

Liked:Convenient location near metro, bars and shops.

Disliked:Too many mirrors and black glass which acted like dust magnets.Quite a few mosquitoes around.No mattress protector on bed.

Liked:We only stayed for one night, but we will definitely be back to explore the city further, and without a doubt, our next stay will be at LHP Hotel Napoleon. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. As we were leaving early the next morning before breakfast was served, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted to receive a packed breakfast. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and made our day. The hotel is newly renovated and conveniently located, close to the metro station and just a short 10-minute walk from the main train station. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Charming Hotel in a Great Location - A Wonderful Stay in Milan

Liked:A beautiful, small and charming hotel in a lovely building, with attention to detail and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is located on a quiet, tree-lined street, just steps from Corso Buenos Aires, with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants. Across from the hotel there is a good pizzeria and a small grocery store, while on the corner there is a tabacchi with a café, where you can also buy an area c ticket (€7.50 for daily access by car to central Milan, Monday–Friday, 07:30–19:30). The location is extremely convenient. Lima station on the red M1 line is only 100 metres away, with Duomo just 4 stops away. Very important for us was the parking directly in front of the hotel (€20 per day, upon request). Access by car is also easy, both to the centre and out of Milan. Communication was excellent from the beginning, especially with Mr Oleg, who was extremely kind and helpful. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and every request was taken care of immediately. I had requested a room with a balcony, and they made sure we had one. The room was functional and had everything we needed. The balcony was lovely for sitting outside in the morning or evening. It had not initially been cleaned as well as it should have been, but this was taken care of immediately when I mentioned it. Breakfast was served in a cozy area, with a good selection of quality products. A special mention to the wonderful lady at breakfast, always smiling, kind and helpful — unfortunately, I did not ask her name. We stayed in August, so the area was quieter than usual, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we felt that great care had been given to the little details and that the staff genuinely cared about their guests. I will definitely return and highly recommend to friends and family, as well as to anyone visiting Milan.
