Guest Reviews

What Guests Say

7.8

Very Good

1,621 reviews

Highlights

+Excellent, central location (near Cadorna station and Malpensa express)
+Flexible and helpful reception / smooth check-in instructions
+Generally clean and well-kept spaces reported by several guests
+Convenient walking distance to major attractions (Duomo)

Could Improve

–Very small rooms and tiny bathrooms; some beds are awkward (ladder/loft style)
–Poor or unreliable Wi‑Fi and TV functionality
–Air-conditioning noisy or without remote control
–Occasional elevator issues and an incident with a door found open / missing items

Cleanliness7.7

Generally reported as very clean in multiple reviews (e.g., 'Pulitissimo', 'Very clean'), but a few mentions of superficial cleaning and one incident with belongings missing make this mixed-positive.

Service9.0

Reception described as flexible and helpful with clear check-in instructions and luggage assistance; some language barriers and an awkward incident when a door was found open slightly dent service perception, but overall service is strong.

Location9.9

Consistently praised across reviews: excellent, extremely central, immediate access to Cadorna station and Malpensa express, walking distance to Duomo — a clear standout feature.

Room Quality6.0

Multiple complaints about very small rooms, tiny bathrooms, uncomfortable beds or bed-on-ladder arrangements, lack of windows in some rooms and noisy aspects — overall below average for room comfort.

Amenities5.8

Frequent negatives: unreliable/slow Wi‑Fi, air-conditioning issues (no remote, noisy), TV problems and a broken elevator on departure day; amenities are a clear weakness.

Value for Money7.0

Mixed impressions: excellent location adds value, but expectations around room size, comfort and service levels lead some guests to feel value is only moderate for the price.

Food and Beverage7.8

Largely unmentioned in reviews (one brief positive mention of a bar). Assigned the target rating due to lack of consistent feedback.

Overall Experience9.2

Overall sentiment balances very positive location and helpful reception with notable negatives in room comfort and amenities; many guests still report a very good experience and intent to return, driving an above-target overall impression.

Poor facilities with good location

Liked:Good location

Disliked:Aircon was very loud and hard to sleep with. Oven/stove was unusable. Every time I tried it tripped a fuse and set an alarm off. Very disappointing

Liked:It was soo close to the main centre. The cathedral was in walking distance. We also loved that the train station was at the end of the street. We were able to get around with no issues.
