Excellent value for money hotel in the Milano Centrale area which lives up to and exceeds expectations

Liked:A really professionally run well-established hotel in the Centrale district. Just a few minutes walk to the station and metro so easy to get anywhere in Milan. Excellent staff and a great welcome from the ebullient Davide. Room was very comfortable and good air conditioning which even had controls you could understand (almost unique in a hotel!). Excellent range of choices for breakfast and a small secluded garden.

Good place for a short stay.

Liked:Very good location, good breakfast, good cleanliness.

Disliked:There is no plastic shield while taking shower, it make water spread on the restroom floor. Lift is too small and slow. I cannot imagine what will happen if there is a rush time.

It felt like home to me

Liked:The hotel was really near Milano Centrale which was the starting point of the many tours that I joined. It was also close to many restaurants and supermarkets. The room was really cosy and had all that I needed. Best of all, the staff like Mr Alberto, the duo at the breakfast room really made me feel at home. Mr Alberto allowed me to check in early and I was really grateful after the long flight there. I stayed there for 13 nights and I highly recommend this hotel!

Disliked:Nothing in particular.
