I HATED everything about this hotel and wish I would had been able to cancel after checking in the first night.

Disliked:It was terrible. The bed was really uncomfortable, the A/C didn’t work because they controlled the unit from the front desk, and did not allow it to go lower than 26. We complained several times and requested for them to change our room and after going to the front desk several times, they changed our room to another one. The bathroom was terrible as well, dirty and very dated. The sink was clogged, the shower area was clogged. They didn’t have ice in the property. There was nothing good about this place, and to top it all off, I couldn’t get in contact with Booking.com to ask them to change my hotel. Terrible experience overall.

“The right place at the right price.”

Liked:We arrived at BGY airport and took the bus to Centrale. Only 10-15 min walking distance from bus station. Very nice staff always helping, smiling and friendly. The room was quite big and the bed was really comfortable. Very quiet area and not far from subway station

Disliked:Only shampoo for shower and little soap for shower but overall, everything was really good.
