Unfriendly and rude

Liked:Room was clean and comfortable

Disliked:After an arduius flight and downpour in Milan, the V Vikey wouldn't work for my room. It waa a hassle and I was very tired. It finally opened Rm 2 so I stayed in there. Next day the ma ager kept calling me( by a different name )and insisted that I was booked in Rm 2, but my confirmation. said Rm 7. He was rude a d kept txting me saying I shd read the instructions. This person has no idea about customer service and his attitude is extremeky poor for someone the hospitality industry.. Also rhere is a coffee bar but with no tea and coffee
