Professional staff that helps you along the check-in.

Liked:Location in a very fashionable part of Milan, quite, clean with stunning shops, I would say whilst shopping, it still leads you to the attractions.

The location of our apartment at Via della Spiga, and the help of the management team, were big factors in this.

Liked:The location in central Milan is unbeatable. Carmen, Francesco and all the members of the management team were extraordinarily helpful to us, looking after the small things and the big things with good humour and friendliness.

Disliked:We have no complaints.

Upscale, central and tidy apartment

Liked:This apartment is bang on the Quadrilatero della Moda, in a little side street that doesn't necessarily have the glitz of the area, but certainly it's only a 30 seconds walk into it. It's only 15 minutes walk from the cathedral which is great. The apartment itself is generally clean, and it's in an older apartment building but done up inside.

Disliked:Again, be mindful cleaning service is not available without paying extra. There is limited hot water, and it's located in an older apartment building. The apartment itself is shared entrance with another one so there could be noise (but I was lucky enough that nobody was staying in the other room, so I didn't have this problem). While the apartment is done really nicely (probably renovated last few years) signs of wear and age is already evident across room and bathroom.
